Biography
Josy has over 15 years of expertise in organization effectiveness with a focus on organization assessment, talent strategies and leadership development. As a consultant at Point B and Mercer, including a 3-year assignment in Amsterdam, she has advised a wide range of clients in the U.S. and Europe including Fortune 500 companies, emerging ventures and nonprofits. She has deep experience in talent management and organization development as well as expertise in talent mobility, reward strategies, and change management.

Leadership Talent Management Design for a regional healthcare organization
  • Convened executives across newly integrated organization to define a leadership talent strategy aligned to organizational change.
  • Partnered with top management to validate a new leadership development framework including expectations and competencies to execute the business strategy
 
Executive Assessment Program for an investment and advisory firm
  • Designed leadership assessment process and toolkit to enhance venture due diligence methodology
  • Developed and tested assessment tools and interview protocol
 
Organization Redesign for Technical Services Team for a global entertainment company
  • Completed the organizational redesign of digital technology services team including definition of a new organizational model, structure, and roles and creation of change implementation plan
  • Led assessment to clarify changing needs among customers; secured executive buy-in for a new model for service delivery along a value chain
 
Organizational Assessment for a not-for-profit organization
  • Measured preferences and perceptions  among stakeholders in Board, staff and membership regarding strategic direction, leadership, core processes, and culture to clarify (mis)alignment and prioritize interventions
  • Engaged with key stakeholders to review assessment findings and develop action plan
 
Josy earned a MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA with honors from Brown University. She is active in her community as a Trustee at Bainbridge Performing Arts and as a volunteer career coach at Kitsap Regional Library.
